Payment Policy

Currency and order totals
All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Your order total, including applicable sales tax and any discount, is displayed before payment. Standard shipping to eligible destinations is $0.00. We do not add a separate payment-processing fee.

Payment methods
Depending on availability, your device, and the options enabled at checkout, payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Only methods actually displayed at checkout are accepted for that transaction.

Payment authorization
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order proceeds to fulfillment. Your bank or payment provider may request additional verification. An unsuccessful payment may appear as a temporary authorization rather than a completed charge; contact your provider if you need help identifying it.

Payment security
Use the payment fields provided at checkout. Payment providers handle the information needed to authorize the transaction. We will not ask you to email a full card number, card security code, or banking password.

Declined or duplicate payments
If payment is declined, check your billing details and available funds or contact your provider. If you believe you were charged more than once, email info@strikesuckatelier.com with your order number and the transaction dates and amounts. Do not include full card details.

Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method and will be credited within a maximum of 5 business days after approval. Return eligibility and any customer-paid return shipping are explained in our Refund Policy.
