Orders and product information
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we may contact you if payment, availability, or delivery details require clarification. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected.

Please review the dimensions, materials, finish, and assembly information on the individual product page before ordering. Accessories shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless expressly listed. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Where natural materials are used, grain, texture, and tone can vary between pieces. These variations do not excuse damage, structural defects, or an item that materially differs from its description.

Pricing and payment
Prices and checkout charges are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is free for eligible destinations. You can review the total before submitting payment. If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order; we will not charge a higher amount without your consent.

Changes and cancellations
Email info@strikesuckatelier.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Include your order number and requested change. We will accommodate the request if fulfillment has not progressed too far. A request is not confirmed until we reply. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies. This does not limit cancellation rights arising from shipping delays or applicable law.

Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. They explain delivery estimates, eligible destinations, the 30-day return window, return shipping costs, and refunds.

Website use and content
